We have a Tiered structure for our Asset Management Service (see schedule Below) Account Value Annual Advisory Fee $0 - $250,000 Included in Ongoing Financial Planning Fee* $250,001 - $500,000: 1.00% $500,001 - $1,000,000: 0.80% $1,000,001 - $2,000,000: 0.60% $2,000,001 - $3,000,000: 0.50% $3,000,001 and Above: 0.40% *If a Client is engaging Fair Oaks Financial for stand-alone Investment Management services, and has less than $250,000 in assets under management, the annual advisory fee is negotiable.
